NZ Phone Cards is a reseller of prepaid phone cards. Unless there is a special arrangement, NZ Phone Cards will only send your purchased phone cards in the form of PINs by e-mail. Although NZ Phone cards has no control over the quality of phone cards sold through its Web site. Questions of time used, current rates, line quality, disconnects or other problems with a specific phone card can be best resolved by contacting the customer service department of the phone card concerned. The customer service number is provided with your pin number or is printed on your card. NZ Phone cards has no control over closing down of the long distance carrier or the phone card issuer, and assumes no liability in the closing down of the long distance carrier or the phone card issuer. Neither do we have control over domestic or international rate changes, or charges incurred on a phone card. Therefore, no liability is assumed by NZ Phone Cards in such events. After a PIN is received by Customer, liability for loss or theft of the PIN shall be the responsibility of Customer. A refund will be given when an invalid phone card PIN is sent as a result of a system or human error and Customer does not want to receive a replacement PIN. A partial refund will be given under the circumstance of an accidental over charge, the partial refund value being the amount of actual charge made less our then advertised price. NZ Phone Cards takes reasonable care to ensure information on our Web site is up to date and accurate. NZ Phone Cards makes no warranty, guarantee or representation, either expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, condition or fitness of the information and services provided and the phone card PINs sold through this site. Phone card companies may at any time alter their rates without prior notice and NZ Phone cards has no part in deciding their rates. NZ Phone Cards will use your details to send PINs and contact you with new offers and promotions with your prior consent. NZ Phone cards may also provide Customers with a variety of services via the Internet. In consideration for the Service, Customer agrees to:
· Provide accurate information about Customer where required and
· Maintain and update this information as required to keep it up to date.
If any information provided by Customer is inaccurate, NZ Phone cards retains the right to terminate Customer's right to use the Service.
