How To Buy A Calling Card
Buying one of our international calling cards online is quick and easy, just follow these 5 steps:
Step 1: Using the drop-down box (at the top of this page) click on the “Select Country” box – this will allow you to search for the country you wish to call.
Step 2: Select whether you want the rates for mobile or landline – for example, if you’re looking to call an Australian mobile then you would select “Australia – Mobile” if you want to call a landline then you’d just select “Australia”.
All of our cards are able to call both landlines and mobiles so if you need a calling card for both then just select a phone card that offers the best rates for both.
Step 3: Select your phone card (these typically come in $5, $10, $20, $30, $50 and $60).
Step 4: Pay for your phone card using either debit, credit or PayPal.
Step 5: Once your payment has been confirmed you will receive your phone card via email.

How long does it take for me to receive my international calling card?
It is typically delivered shortly after you have placed your order but sometimes it can take longer if you have placed your order and it hasn’t come through in 30 minutes then please calls us and our team will be able to get it to you right away.
Can I call both mobiles and landlines?
Yes. All of our phone cards can call landlines or mobiles anywhere in the world.
Can you call toll-free numbers overseas?
No. Our calling cards are designed to call landlines and mobiles only.
How often do I need to recharge my phone card?
Once every 6 months.
How do I recharge my phone card?
There are 3 ways you can recharge your card:
- Log in to your account and click on “recharge existing phone card” and follow the steps.
- Call (09) 8869903 and select the options to recharge via automated top-up.
- Finally, call (09) 8869903 and select the option to talk to a customer support person.
What if my phone card expires, do I lose my remaining credit?
No. Just top up your international calling card like normal and we will add your remaining balance to your top-up amount.
I’m travelling overseas, can I use my card while abroad?
Our calling cards currently work in Australia, Canada, Japan, Singapore, the US, and the UK.
